Sermon – The Gift Who is Peace: Christmas Around The World
What does Christmas mean to this world? Does He bring world peace?
Did Jesus promise world peace? John 14:27
Jesus is the gift to our world, and He alone is the source of true peace.
How has Jesus impacted the world of today?
Brazil, Netherlands and Nigeria, Indonesia, India:
Jesus is the Gift!
Not salvation, justification, adoption, sanctification or even peace, the gift is Jesus Himself! He alone is the source of all that we need!
-John 3:16 For God so loved He gave His son.
-Mark 10:45 For the son of man...to give his life as a ransom
-Gal 1:3-4 The Lord Jesus who gave himself for our sins to rescue us
-2 Cor 9:15 Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift
“He who did not spare His own son…How will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?” -Romans 8:32
Jesus isn’t the means to an end, He is the end itself!
