Since 2005, Pastor Barry’s job has been to lead our youth, train leaders, and build real, lasting relationships with the youth at Crossroads.

Soni Moon, Children’s Ministries Director

Soni Moon joined the staff in 2008 as part of a Ministry team. She brings a passion for leading the children of Crossroads into a deeper relationship with God.

Lisa Wold, Children’s Ministries

Lisa Wold is the other part of the Children’s Ministry team. Along with Soni, Lisa’s desire is that children would grow into a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Andy Johnson, Associate Pastor of Administration

Andy Johnson is the newest member of the Pastoral Staff. He came on board in 2008 as the interim Associate Pastor of Administration. He keeps the engine of the organization running smoothly and provides a sense of calm in the midst of all the details.

Dori Halbert, Worship Leader

Dori Halbert, along with Pastor Jim, has been with Crossroads since it’s beginning. She brings to the Sunday services a heart for the Lord, and a desire to lead others into a spirit of worship.
