Our Staff

Pastor Jim Halbert – Lead Pastor

Pastor Jim is the founding pastor of Crossroads. He has passion for communicating the Gospel in practical ways that inspire growth and transformation. He is responsible for leading the staff and ministries of Crossroads Community Church. Jim has a doctorate of ministry degree in transformational leadership, and is actively involved in church planting outside the Treasure Valley.

Andy Johnson – Executive Pastor

Pastor Andy oversees the overall organization and administration of the church. He is actively involved in leadership training, and pastoral counseling for the Crossroads body and provides leadership for small groups, classes and retreats.

Jeremy Graves – Associate Pastor of Partnership/Youth

Pastor Jeremy is passionate about helping people partner with God to reach out in love and service to the world. His responsibilities include overseeing all Youth Ministry and the missional outreach of Crossroads. Jack Smith – Pastor Emeritus

Dori Halbert – Associate Pastor of Worship/Women

Dori serves as pastor of the worship and women’s ministry at Crossroads. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Sunday morning worship, women’s ministries and pastoral counseling.

Rebecca Minnette – Children’s Director

Rebecca loves kids and is passionate about working with the children at Crossroads. She coordinates Cave Kids, the ministry for children K-5th grade. Her desire is to work together with families to provide the children in our body with a safe and loving place to hide God’s Word in their hearts and be transformed by His love.

Jessie Horney- Assistant Children’s Director

Jessie helps wrangle, corral and get crazy with the kids at Crossroads. She loves having fun and getting rowdy, but mostly she loves showing kids the love of Jesus.

Sherri Johnson- Early Childhood Director & Administrative Assistant

Sherri is the early childhood director overseeing the ministry to children birth through 4 years of age called Cave Cubs. She is also an administrative assistant in the church office overseeing and coordinating events and many other office details.

Keith Miller – Facilities Director

Keith oversees and coordinates the use and maintenance of the Crossroads Facilities and grounds.

Dawne Smith – Bookkeeper

Dawne oversees the donations, bookkeeping, and payroll at Crossroads.

Jordan Freiburghaus-Technical Director

Jordan oversees and coordinates all areas regarding technology. This includes audio/visual, IT, and web.
